1What is Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP)?
There are many definitions of NLP. One of them is that NLP is “a complementary therapeutic strategy based on the premise that thought is a representation of sensory experience and that behavior can be modified to achieve a desired result by changing the patient’s thought patterns and mental strategies to give the patient more choices in problem solving. It is used for behavior modification and the management of psychosomatic disorders and stress.

2 What are Time Paradigm Techniques?
Time Paradigm techniques complement NLP processes and when appropriate make them even more effective.
Time Paradigm use a person’s internal “Time Line” to connect with their unconscious minds with a variety of results; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours. These are powerful techniques that allow clients to make long-lasting changes in a very rapid. They are elegant in their simplicity.
Your "Time Line" is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future.
Using the unconscious mind’s own technology for storing emotion and memory (the time line), you are able to rewrite your own story in a resourceful and effective manner. While the content of memories are not affected, the emotional context of the memory is
3What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is someone who will walk beside you, work with you to change your life, and help you achieve the life you want. Life coaching is not therapy or counselling, it is change work.
4What is an Evolved Coach?
An Evolved Coach is a few steps beyond a Life Coach, with an expanded range of techniques and teachings. I am a certified RSCI Life Coach, Time Paradigm TM Techniques Practitioner, NLP Coach and Practitioner, as well as an IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) Health Coach.
5What is Integrative Health Coaching?
A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with you to help you feel your best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet your needs. Health Coaches are unique because relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person in achieving their personal goals.
6 What is bio-individuality?
Bio-individuality may sound like a bit of a mouthful, but in a seemingly one-size-fits-all world, we are proud to have this concept at the core of Integrative Nutrition’s wellness philosophy. “Bio” refers to living organisms, and “individuality” refers to how we are all different. Simply put, bio-individuality means that we are all unique, and it is recognizing and honouring our uniqueness that is the key to health and happiness.
In practical terms, you’ve probably already noticed that you have different needs or preferences than those of your family and friends. Perhaps your spouse can get by with very little breakfast but you need something hearty to maintain your energy until lunch.
Maybe you’ve tried yoga countless times because everyone is raving about it but you’re just not that into it and would prefer to go on a jog instead.
One person’s nectar is another person’s poison, and the best person to understand what’s best for you is… YOU!
This is the approach that I take during the coaching process, encouraging you find what works best for you through exploration and gaining self-awareness.
7How do I decide if Coaching is for me?
You’ve probably heard the expression, “Nothing changes if nothing changes” or that “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”. One of my personal favorites is “If you want something you never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done”. So the real question is “What’s your DREAM and what are you going to do about it TODAY?” If you are ready to achieve your goal; if you are ready for the life you want; if you are ready to identify the root cause and then develop new strategies that serve you instead of sabotage you subconsciously, then Integrative Coaching is for you. 8How much does coaching cost?
This is a reasonable question although a better question may be how much is your success worth to you? I personally don’t see it so much as a cost but rather as an INVESTMENT in yourself. How much is a deep and sustainable shift in your life towards your DESIRES worth? Picture yourself living the life you want. It’s within your reach. In fact only one thing is standing between you and your desire, your action or lack of action. My programs are bespoke. 9How may you make your investment in yourself?
I’m happy to say that you may make this personal investment in several currencies including US dollars, Euros, Great British Pound and UAE Dirhams. You may also pay me via bank transfer or payment portals.
10Do I work with everyone?
The simple answer to this question is No. I believe it is as important for you to choose me as for me to choose you. My choice is based on whether there is a fit. It is important for me that I am able to help you and I will work with you only if I’m confident I can support you in achieving YOUR GOAL. You see, I value my time. It is one of the most important resources that I have. This is why I’m particularly keen on working with you high achievers who understand that the results are dependent on their ability to do what it takes to achieve the transformation you seek. 11How long does the program take?
I usually work with clients over a 6 month period, which is the time needed to install new lifestyle approaches sustainably. The idea is that following the program the new approach is second nature to you. In some cases we can work over a different time frame depending on your needs. I will be in a better position to answer this question when you fill out my questionnaire and we’ve had a complimentary introductory call.
